Our mission is to help every fitness level enjoy exercise. We believe that anyone can get healthy and fit with a regular program of exercise (that's fun) and good nutrition.
Ready to enjoy better health, higher energy levels, and physical wellness? Our programs are proven to help people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to attain well-being, strength, and relaxation.
Join us at our donated space in Millwoods or arrange for us to come to your group.

Our instructor, Loretta King is AFLCA certified in group instruction with a specialty in portable equipment. Our classes are fun and challenging with an emphasis on building strength. Muscle burns fat!

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your Workout Warriors class. While I may not be able to do absolutely everything in the class I improve every week and do work at my own pace when I cannot do the higher intensity. It is wonderful that you encourage participants to work at their own ability and comfort level and remind us to do what we can within our own health limits. I also like that you change it up every week as it keeps the interest level high. We always work every part of the body and you include discussion about our eating habits, which is crucial to overall health. I will be signing up for the next session.
